I’ve taken the Google Digital Analytics Fundamentals test in October 2013 (this year of course) and got a Certification passing with 95%, things move quickly within Google and analytics is no exception, if you spend just a few months without reading and keeping up with changes, you run the risk to be left behind and act on outdated or irrelevant knowledge.
So here it is a little bragging, I mean demonstration of my knowledge and eagerness to keep up with the demands of our big G overlords at Mountain View. If you need that in plain English Mountain View is from where Google rules the web.
Based on your overall score of 95% you have passed the course. Congratulations!

Some of the basics such as excluding your own traffic using filters, the one thing that changed since tht was writen is that the old “profiles” where you applied the filters are now called “views”.
If you run into trouble applying any of the tips in these posts, feel free to ask a question via the comments, I’m always happy to answer if I can.
